DZM VSD+ Atlas Copco claw dry vacuum pump systems are complete devices with more than one claw pump in the housing. The solution is ideally designed to meet higher process requirements. This is possible thanks to the central vacuum system based on the recognized Atlas Copco compressor philosophy. This vacuum pump package offers a fully controlled system from 44 to 1230 m3 / h integrated in one cabinet with a simple plug & play concept.
The heart of this system is the DZS VSD+ claw pump. It ensures efficiency, reliability and the highest performance. Three available sizes and the option of an extended central vacuum system with centrally controlled packages. Thanks to that we can offer a complete turnkey solution.
Plug & play
This design concept significantly reduces the complexity and cost of installation compared to other central system designs. The set consists not only of pumps. Also includes a common inlet manifold and exhaust manifold, resulting in two straight pipe connections.
Full control
The system has controllers that enable the DZM package on/off and control of many vacuum pumps simultaneously in accordance with the set working pressures. The controller is equipped with a built-in frequency converter for the master pump. On the other hand, delay pumps are started with softstarters to reduce the load and extend the life of the pump.
