XC Systems of lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps DVP is a series that includes three variants to choose from – XC 405, XC 605 and XC 905.
XC Systems of lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps DVP
XC systems are vacuum units with 2 or 3 vane oil pumps installed. As a result, they can replace single-pump units with a high flow rate. XC systems have many advantages: small dimensions, modular operation (that is, if 100% flow rate is not needed, it is possible to optimize the use which significantly reduces energy consumption), reduced maintenance costs, less power required, no starting jumps. In addition, maintenance is possible without interrupting work.
The PLC is equipped with thermal protection, a main switch and switches for each pump and hour counter.
The XC systems are suitable for continuous suction in the pressure range 400 and 0.5 mbar (Abs.).
Standard equipment includes:
- Exhaust mist eliminator
- Inlet filters
- Clogged filter indicator
- Gas ballast
- Oil check valve
- BV100 oil pack
Thanks to the above features, XC sets are used, among others, in food packaging and processing.
XC 405 system includes two LC.205 pumps.
XC 605 system includes two LC.305 pumps.
XC 905 system includes three LC.305 pumps.
