Intelligent, distinctive design

These intelligent pumps of the LRP VSD + series were put in a durable housing. Thanks to this, they maintain a slim and ergonomic look. It is a Plug and Play liquid ring vacuum pump. This means that it is equipped with an HMI, inlet, outlet and main connection sockets, which are located on top.

Two variable speed drives

The LRP 700 – 1000 VSD+ pumps are equipped not with one but two VSD drives. The first one monitors the vacuum setting to control and adjust the required vacuum levels, and the second one operates the water circulation pump. Thanks to this, the user gains an optimized water flow and stable vacuum levels.

Anti-Seizure Prevention Algorithm

The Automatic Seizure Prevention algorithm prevents the LRP VSD + vacuum pump from jamming after a long period of inactivity, which extends the service life and limits the scope of maintenance.

Energy efficiency and endurance

It is the most efficient solution for applications associated with a large amount of vapor. Total recovery mode improves performance, increases energy saving, and reduces water costs. Fears that the pump will run out of water are completely unfounded.
