Ultramodern control system

Lubrication of the pump’s internal components is completely automatic. The pump is equipped with a 230/460 V coil for controlling the oil solenoid valve. This avoids flooding the pump with oil in the event of a power failure or loss of vacuum.

ZRS Roots vacuum pumps Atlas Copco are mechanical boosters that provide the best solution for applications requiring high pumping speeds. Intended for cooperation with pre-pumps leveling pressure differences in relation to atmospheric pressure. These devices work at relatively low pressure values. As a result, it is not exposed to corrosion to the same extent as pre-pumps. Due to this device is characterized by reliable work.

High pumping speed

The hydrokinetic drive system allows the booster pump to be started simultaneously with the pre-pump, which protects the motor against overload. The ZRS booster pump thus supports the pumping process from the moment it begins to pump down and allows it to reduce its time by 50%.
