DC 16DEX High Vacuum Pump DVP  is manufactured in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and is specifically designed for ATEX Zone 2. It can operate with clean air, flammable gases from Groups IIA, IIB, and IIC, or small amounts of steam. The temperature of the liquid, gas, or steam processed by the pump and the environment in which it is installed must be between +12°C and +40°C.

Nominal capacity: 17–21 m3/h

The DC 16DEX vacuum pump is suitable for evacuating closed containers with a capacity that allows the minimum pressure to be reached in less than 20 minutes. Because it is ATEX marked and internally certified, it cannot be installed in ATEX-classified zones.

The DC 16DEX pump is equipped with:

  • On/Off switch (1~ only)
  • Cable without plug (1~ only)
  • Thermal protection (130°C, 1~ only)
  • Gas ballast
  • Lifting and transport eyelet
  • Suspension mounts
  • SW100 oil pack
  • Hydraulic return system

Main applications: refrigerant filling equipment, lasers, leak detectors, freeze dryers, mass spectrometers and chromatography, laboratory autoclaves, microscopy, space simulators, vacuum distillers, gel dryers, centrifuges and laboratory autoclaves, metallurgy, metallization, semiconductors.
