LC 2 & LC 4 Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps DVP are characterized by their compact dimensions and moderate noise levels. These units are suitable for emptying small, sealed containers, and in the case of the LC 2, the vacuum is maintained within a pressure range of 500 to 10 mbar (Abs).
Nominal capacity: 2 – 4.8 m3/h
LC 2 and LC 4 pumps are equipped with:
- An integrated oil check valve that ensures shutdown when the pump stops under vacuum;
- An FKM seal is positioned to ensure a hermetic seal and long operating time;
- An exhaust mist eliminator;
- A gravity-fed oil recovery valve;
- NPO-treated rotor and pump housing for increased hardness and resistance to oxidation caused by drawing in air with a high vapor content;
- A thermal protector (1~ only)
Main applications: vacuum packaging machines; surgical extraction in dentistry and hospitals; resin mixing and dosing in dentistry; screen printing machines; automatic feeders for bookbinding; wood presses; drilling machines for construction applications.
