PA oil-free claw pumps DVP generate air volume and conveys it through the inlet channel to the outlet channel by rotating two claw-shaped rotors within a molded chamber. The contactless, dry-running rotation of the rotors is synchronized by lubricant-free gears, eliminating residues resulting from friction or abrasion during rotation. The gears themselves are oil-lubricated and enclosed in two chambers separated from the rotating chamber by seals.

Nominal capacity: 155 - 300 m³/h

The DVP oil-free PA claw pump is equipped with:

  • Adjustable inlet port
  • Outlet silencer
  • Vacuum control valve (150-500 mbar abs.) (PA 155)
  • Vacuum control valve (200-500 mbar abs.) (PA 315)
  • Shock absorbers

DVP oil-free PA claw pumps guarantee low operating costs thanks to moderate energy consumption and high efficiency.

Maintenance is minimized, and performance levels are maintained over time thanks to the absence of friction between the moving rotors.
