LC 106 i LC 151 Lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps DVP feature a compact design, low noise levels, easy inspection and oil refilling, and simplified maintenance. The bypass-equipped oil dampening and recovery system, along with a new float-type oil recovery valve, ensures no oil vapors are released at the discharge. Furthermore, a sealing device prevents oil from being drawn back if the pump stops under vacuum. The motor is connected to the pump via a flexible drive coupling.

Nominal capacity: 106–181 m³/h

To improve both cooling and the pump's appearance, only hazardous parts are installed. The LC 106 and LC 151 pumps are suitable for continuous operation within a pressure range of 400 to 0.1 mbar (Abs).

The LC 106 and LC 151 pumps are equipped with:

  • Oil check valve
  • Oil mist eliminator
  • Automatic floating oil recovery valve
  • Gas ballast with manual shut-off valve
  • Shock absorbers
  • Oil filter with bypass
  • Flexible gear coupling
  • SW100 oil kit
