XC 405 - XC 905 Systems of Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps DVP with two or three pumps can replace single-pump units with high flow rates. This allows XC systems to offer numerous advantages: compact dimensions, modular design (i.e., if 100% flow is not required, utilization can be optimized, thus significantly reducing energy consumption), lower maintenance costs, lower energy requirements, no start-up surges, and maintenance of the XC system without interrupting operation.

Nominal capacity: 410–915 m³/h

The PLC controller is equipped with thermal protection, a main switch, switches for each pump, and an operating hour counter. XC systems enable continuous suction within a pressure range of 400 to 0.5 mbar (Abs).

XC systems are equipped with:

  • Exhaust mist eliminator
  • Inlet filters
  • Filter clogging indicator
  • Gas ballast
  • Oil check valve
  • BV100 oil kit

Main applications: food packaging and processing.
