LC 106 Kzero i LC 151 Kzero Lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps DVP are the best solution, offering lower operating temperatures in sectors where ambient temperatures reach 40°C or higher. The LC 106 Kzero and LC 151 Kzero lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps have been designed with a completely redesigned pump housing. The use of a rubber check valve instead of a plate damper ensures greater durability and reduced wear in contact with oil and solvents. The use of a fan ensures heat reduction and optimal oil conservation.

Nominal capacity: 106–181 m3/h

Mounting points, oil filter, and exhaust filter are the same as in standard models. The LC 106 Kzero and LC 151 Kzero pumps are suitable for continuous operation at pressures ranging from 400 mbar to 4 mbar (Abs).

The LC 106 Kzero and LC 151 Kzero pumps are equipped with:

  • Oil check valve
  • Exhaust mist eliminator
  • Automatic floating oil recovery valve
  • Shock absorbers (the height of the entire assembly is the same as the previous model, which did not have them)
  • Oil filter with bypass
  • Flexible gear coupling

Main applications: drying electronic transformers; centralized medical units; ceramic extruders and degassers; metal washers and metalworking machines.
