CBL vacuum systems DVP are configured with lobe pumps with AdaptShield technology. This new device optimally manages the operation of CBL systems, guaranteeing automatic protection in the event of critical events such as system leaks, performance degradation, and overheating. Thanks to its self-regulating control, AdaptShield optimizes energy absorption based on system operating conditions, providing energy savings of 13% compared to systems without AdaptShield and 20% compared to systems with a mechanical bypass. AdaptShield ensures improved performance: reduced pump downtime, rapid response to pressure changes, and optimal adaptation to the process, achieving the highest possible efficiency. Using the new CBL systems with AdaptShield is easier thanks to plug-and-play installation and fast selection software that meets all your needs. With AdaptShield, everything is under control, even from a smartphone with an app that monitors operating parameters, identifies errors, and enables remote support.

In the vacuum sector, BCA lobe pumps should always be installed in series with main-lubricated vane vacuum pumps. This allows the CBL system to:

  • achieve extremely low pressures (typically 10 times lower than those achievable with the main pump alone)
  • accelerate evacuation of confined volumes
