CPAP Duplex / CPAP vacuum systems DVP are designed for use in centralized vacuum systems. CPAP systems with dual and triple PA 155 and PA 315 claw pumps are used to generate and maintain a specific negative pressure within the system, enabling the proper operation of connected equipment.
CPAP vacuum systems are particularly advantageous, especially from an energy-saving perspective, as the pumps turn on automatically only when the user needs them.
CPAP Duplex and CPAP Triplex systems are equipped with:
- Two or three PA 155/PA 315 claw pumps with an electric motor, mounted on a vertical support, allowing for the most compact system design.
- FCM cartridge filters protect the pumps from contaminants present in the system.
- A ball valve is located at the inlet of each pump, isolating it from the system.
- An electric control panel (standard power supply 400 V 50-60 Hz) allows you to manage all settings and control operating parameters.
- Adjustable shock absorbers for leveling the unit.
Main applications: anesthetic gas extraction, medical vacuum, vacuum transport systems, inert gas treatment, milking systems, wood processing, pasta industry, packaging, soil remediation, chemical-pharmaceutical applications, and water aeration.
